Our fund is a holder of the «FNG-Siegel», which certifies our sustainability concept and audits it every year.
The FNG label is awarded by the “Forum Nachhaltige Geldanlagen”, the professional association for sustainable investments in Germany, Austria, Liechtenstein and Switzerland and aims to promote the development, transparency and quality of sustainable financial products. Their holistic approach also allows for the examination and comparison of individually different sustainability approaches.

100% of the companies in the portfolio have signed the UN Global Compact. They have thus committed themselves to respecting human and labour rights and to treating the environment with care.

In the Climetrics Rating, the first climate rating for funds, the Tareno Global Water Solutions Fund achieves 4 out of 5 leaves. This means that, the companies in the portfolio are, on average, better at disclosing and managing climate change issues compared to thousands of other funds.

The CO2 intensity of the Tareno Global Water Solutions Fund is significantly lower than the one of the benchmark MSCI World.

The strong focus on ESG criteria in the investment process is reflected in a ESG rating of A.

The Tareno Global Water Solutions Fund is a signatory to the European Transparency Code for Sustainability Funds. The Eurosif logo stands for more transparency in the sustainable investment market and the quality assurance of sustainable investments.
Social and ecological factors as well as the form of corporate management have a lasting effect on financial performance. That is why we take the so-called ESG criteria (environmental, social and corporate governance) into account in our investment strategy and have committed ourselves to the UN Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI).
